Option A: Australia Destination Calls - Pay Per Minute
This option is very good if you make a lot of quick phone calls at 3 cents a minute you can get almost four 1-minute calls for the price of a fixed local call.

Fixed Line - Australia Wide    $0.03 per minute (charged by the second)
Mobile - Australia Wide         $0.22 per minute (charged by the second)

Option B: Australia Destination Calls - Fixed Price
If you don't want to worry about the cost per minute - this is a good solution. Still a low cost call that will save you money, but without the worry.

Fixed Line - Australia Wide    $0.11(unlimited)
Mobile - Australia Wide         $0.22 per minute (charged by the second)

Mobile Calls
Calls to mobiles do not incurr any connection fees.
Calls are charged per second

Real savings can be made on mobile calls. For example a 1 minute and 40 second  call on a mobile, normall incurrs a 30 cent flagfall and is then 30-40 cents per 30 seconds. This is $1.50-$2.00 per call to a mobile. With VOIP this would be 37 cents. A massive $1.63 cent saving.
